IndiaSkills Vocational Training Centres (VTCs) are hubs that provide specialised job-oriented training to millions of Indians. IndiaSkills is committed towards supporting the Vocational Training Centre and helping it to succeed. IndiaSkills assists the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) every step of the way, from brand building to infrastructure planning and from learner acquisition to business development.

All qualifications have been designed, developed and endorsed by the industry, ensuring that what the learner learns is relevant and geared towards employability. From conducting ‘train-the-trainer’ programmes for developing quality faculty at each centre to providing a well-detailed course plan and work book to learners, the entire qualification delivery is supported for maximum efficiency. IndiaSkills’ network of external verifiers and assessment managers further strengthen the quality of skills training through a standardised assessment and certification process.

IndiaSkills has its vocational training centers across different parts of India. We aim to train and certify 1 million youth by establishing a network of 500 training centers by 2015.

Training Partners

Existing training companies can partner with us to provide IndiaSkills certifications. This way they can benefit from the large support given by us in terms of course content, assessment, large portfolio of certifications, and job assistance. The existing training partners who already have the basic infrastructure and experience in this field can make additional financial benefits by partnering with us.

Individual Trainers

Individuals who do training assignments with various corporates and training companies can partner with us to become a certified IndiaSkills trainer. These trainers can become full time or part time trainers with IndiaSkills to provide the skills training to the students.
