Qualification	Certificate in Retail Skills
Eligibility	Candidates applying to enrol for the qualification must be at least 15 years of age on the date of application for enrolment. Further, if the candidate is below 18 years of age on the date of such application, the parent or legal guardian of the candidate will need to affirm and validate the application by counter-signing the application form. Suitable and acceptable proof of age as specified must be provided at the time of application for enrolment.
Duration in hours	126
Assessment	Learners must successfully complete all mandatory units (001–007) plus a synoptic multiple choice test and practical retail simulation.
Career	Customer Service Associate or Store Assistant in Malls, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Apparel shops, Liefstyle, Footwear etc.
