The Pro-Degree learning methodology includes both online and physical mode of lecture delivery. The learning methodology includes the following:

Job Skills

Domain related skills
Industry specific domain knowledge and technology skill are needed today to succeed in successful sectors like BFSI, Retail, and Supply Chain Management.

Multi-Functional skills
Organisations evaluate employees on multitasking ability. This requires flexibility on the part of the professional to adapt to changing company dynamics.

Communication & Soft skills
With globalization, employees work in teams spread over different geographical locations with increased client interactions. Communication and soft skills are vital to professional success.

Specific knowledge and skill components in traditional degrees will help a bright student position himself/ herself best to grab the millions of new opportunities being created in the economy.

Self-Learning Material (SLM)

The self-learning material would cover the concepts and principles of the program. Once a student’s admission is confirmed the university will courier the SLM semester wise to the address mentioned by the student in the correspondence address. In case of address change students should ensure that they keep the University informed, in writing, of the same.

Program guide containing the syllabus and other guidelines detailing the syllabus and evaluation guidelines for Internal Assignments / Term End Examination & Project shall be sent along with first semester SLM to all students.

Learning Centre

The program would be delivered at select set of learning centres that have prior expertise in delivery and adequate infrastructure needed for successful course dissemination.

EduNxt 

EduNxt enables a collaborative and interactive learning environment that includes group mentoring, personal interaction, virtual classroom, self-study content, simulation, soft skills training and shared browsing. It will provide access to subject matter experts, industry updates and help students collaborate for group assignments. The recorded version of all the webinars would also be available to the students for access any time.
