We have the predominant presence of the ‘working poor’(under employed); and the low levels of productivity and high cost of hiring that employers are faced with.

iRize was set up with the objective of matching the right jobs to the right skilled candidates.

1) For individual jobseekers, iRize would scientifically assess & match their aspirations and capabilities to job market requirement and provide them with the right jobs. In the case of a mismatch, iRize would provide an opportunity to bridge the skill gap through counselling and skill enhancement.

2) For the corporates/businesshouses,iRize would provide qualified, assessed and certified workforce as an intern/apprentice/temporary/permanent staff.
